Elcho School in partnership with the Family & Child Learning Centers (FCLC) Head Start Program promotes school readiness of children ages birth to five from low-income families by supporting children's growth and development in a positive learning environment through a variety of services, which includes early learning, health and family well-being.

Who is Eligible?
- Families with children from ages birth to five
- Must meet federal low-income guidelines
- No child shall be discriminated against because of race, sex, creed, religion, ancestry, national origin, color, handicap or disability.
