My name is Charlotte Schramke. I have worked at Elcho School for approximately 25 years, 15 of those years as a teacher. It has been quite an adventure and I’m not sure where the time could possibly have gone!
My primary position at this time is Middle School math teacher, though I do also have a section of high school algebra. During the course of my day, I see most of the 7th and 8th grade students in the building. They are a lively bunch who work tirelessly to keep me on my toes. I strive to create a structured environment and employ consistent classroom management practices to ensure that every student understands what is expected of them and how to meet those expectations. It is my hope that this will help them learn to harness their seemingly boundless energy to find success as they move through their educational careers. My primary goal is to provide my students with basic skills and strategies that will assist them throughout their lives in every learning situation they may experience.
