David Graves

My name is Dave Graves and together with my wife Julie, I have 2 married daughters and 4 grandchildren.  My family and I enjoy many outdoor activities, especially fishing and camping.  We are also huge sports fans, always rooting for the Brewers, Packers, and Badgers. 

I earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from UW-Milwaukee, and later acquired my teaching license through UW-Oshkosh.  In addition to 9 years teaching math, I worked many years in manufacturing and business.  I believe that my extensive real world experience enables me to bring real meaning to the math that is being taught in the classroom.  I also love supporting student-athletes and have coached middle school and high school softball, baseball, football, and basketball. 

I am excited to begin my 3rd year working with Elcho students to develop the knowledge, skills, and work ethic needed to reach their short and long term goals.

I am also very grateful that the Elcho School District has responded to input from staff, students, and families by providing new math course offerings that better serve the needs and goals of our unique student population.
