I am an Elcho graduate, and this is my 18th year teaching in Elcho (21st year overall as I taught 3rd grade for 3 years at Nativity Catholic School in Rhinelander). I currently teach Kindergarten, but I have taught 4K, K-2 multiage, 2nd grade, and 3rd grade here as well. I feel very fortunate to be a part of our small school community.
I have a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education, and currently hold a Pre-K through 6th grade license, as well as a Reading Teacher 316 license. I also have an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Development. Prior to becoming a teacher, I owned and operated a child care center in Summit Lake.
I have one child who attends school in Elcho, Cassidy (8th grade). My son Cole also attended Elcho and is a 2016 graduate, as well as my daughter Emma who graduated in 2021. It has been wonderful having them here in the same building. I believe that my children are getting the best education possible right here in our small community.
